I have to admit. This was one of the greatest surprises I have ever had in years. Thank you so much for your beautiful card. I also wish a very happy Valentine for all of you there in the hotel. I spent 4 memorable days in your hotel, and I want to say that this was the best hotel I have ever been to. Much more better than 4 and 5 star hotels of Europe. The cosiness of hotel Tatarstan, the friendliness of the staf especially those beautiful and always helpful girls at the reception desk and extremely good service are just unforgetable. I wish I get back to Naberezhnye Chelni as soon as I can and experience the hospitality of your hotel one more time.

Keep your level of service. I choose your hotel in comparison with others even more expensive in Chelny because of the level of tranquility and comfort that reigns in the hotel. One comes from meetings and just rests. In general, as usual satisfied.
